Physical education has always been treated as an easy-to-overcome subject and in which most students spent their time chatting with class friends about personal things. As its name indicates, this subject refers to the teaching of the human body, its physical, its training, care, hygiene and habits to lead a life as healthy as possible. We should not take it to pitorreo, since it will determine if a person is or is not an adult with an active life.
As a graduate in teaching for physical education, talking about this topic comes to me that I have not painted, and I could be sitting here writing hours and hours about the benefits, and only that, benefits, of this educo-sports practice in which I stop Speak today There are many subjects in the school and secondary stage – both compulsory and baccalaureate – but none of them will contribute some of the most important values that young people should know about health.
Hygiene, postural education, training of basic physical abilities, healthy eating habits, avoidance of drugs and alcohol, and many other topics that this subject deals with throughout the school stage and that not many people recognize the teacher -teacher. This subject may be a ‘Maria’ but it is, at the level of life, that gives greater contributions to the smallest of the house and not so dwarfs.
Childhood and juvenile obesity in Spain grows in forced marches, although it sometimes undergoes deceleration, continues to increase progressively over time. Many medical remedies can be put in place, but one, that of physical education and school awareness, is one of the most important. Our children should know how relevant it will be for them to take their physical education classes seriously in their primary and later secondary levels.
It is always intended to encourage extracurricular activities as a means of expanding what has been learned in class of this subject and to be able to put into practice the knowledge about training, postural health or hygiene, even in the afternoons. Physical education serves not only to exercise, but to learn a series of knowledge relevant to everyone in the school stage, as I mentioned before.
If for me, physical education would occupy a preferred place in the learning stage of every child, housing up to four hours a week, as English. Because while it is true that learning this language is essential, being healthy and learning the values that physical education gives, so too. This would meet the minimum weekly physical exercise that health agencies propose each year. But of course, not just in the amount of exercise is the kit of the question.
We can not force children to perform a series of physical exercises or activities that they are not able to do, due to their physical conditions. So the values that will have to be instilled in these children will be those of healthy habits of hygiene, food and health. The substitution of industrial foods for healthier ones will be an arduous task that will be achieved between the teacher and the parents, in addition to the contribution of the ‘interested’ himself. So it is of no use teaching all this in the school or the institute when then at home are carried out totally contrary habits to those proposed.
Surely I leave some things to talk about this matter and its benefits so important. That is why I urge you to comment on what you have thought my reflection and if you carry out these healthy habits that so much interest and that every teacher or guardian of the child must take into account when educating him with correction in his primary stage.
